Hi every one!
Ive been suffuring from over weight. And friends of mine also comment about my weight. Some times it is really ok .but some times my heart hurts alot thinking that I should really take a good diet and good exercises then I want to surprise them!
Have you really think this will happen in common with every person who is suffuring with over weight
Well comming to the point every time I start my diet something inside me is really forcing me to stop.my inner voice saying me thst
"Why should you really suffer for good and tasty food all are enjoying their own dishes you are only the one who is doing this diet for no reason"
Every time I start my diet and I will stop it in 5 or 10 days
This will degrade my confidence. And for the next time also it is as usual
I have so many problems to start a diet
1.i m staying out side so cant manage y meals as in home
2.i really dont want to spend too much money on some diet and slim products
3.less confidence In doing diet
4.dont no the way to diet for my type of body
5.every time I will kick start my diet plan and ends it without any reason
So if any one of you with the above problems plz go on.....
At some point we have to restrict overself to be better in life
First of all we should have command on our body we should behave as master for our body but not as slaves.

Finally at some point I stopped and started to look up my problems with dieting.
So to restrict my self I felt only my power is not sufficient so I took help of the one who knows every single thing of everything
god yes this time I started thinking of my problem at a level0 stage
I can call it as base
So one fone day I prayed to god to control my feelings and to command my body.
As I read in bible jesus christ fast for 40 days ang gains a lot of positive energy which can heal every one till now
Yes fasting really boost up our metobolism and even you can search for this topic for your clarification
So o started a little little changes to my diet
My simple diet plan
Day 1:6 lit water in whole day
Brek fast:anything with less oil and fresh in a small amount
Split your break fast into 2 parts oats is the best ever break fast
Lunch:brown bread or broen rice or chapathi with good amount of curry or veggies. Make this also in two parts you can tale 1 cup rice and 1 cup veggies.you can give up to 3 hrs gap between your meals.
Dinner:one soup and oatmeal or brown bread if hungry take a small sixed fish.if starvinh in evening take any fruit
Finally give at least 1 hour gap for your ladt meal and bed time
Fallow this simple changes in your original diet then you will build up some confidence
I really got confidence as I loose weight very slowly as I didnt start my diet as a sudden change I just modified my old one
So I didnt feel any starving.it take a long time to decrease 6kgs weight for me for my own
But I just learnt everything in my own
Got a good command on my body so that I can tel my body what to eat and what not to
After doing tjis gor 2 or 3 months you can noe switch into any diet plane as your body is already ready for good food habits
Dont fell about what you are loosing in 2 or 3 months it is more important to have control on our own body.
It is a kind of pre training....

So now I ve finished my training and now switvhong into different diet plan that I like I really dont fallow any product I
