You may  do Treadmill,flat tummy foods, flat special tummy drinks , tricks but have you ever prayed for this?
God created us perfectly then why this over weight is with us? Why should we accept it?

Is devil really exist?(spiritual proofs)

Yes yes ther is such thing acording to bible in the very first chapter GENESIS”
1In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
2Now the earth was formless and empty.” Darkness was on the surface of the deep”
“God’s Spirit was hovering over the surface of the waters”In this there is a word darkness which tells us there is negitive power which is devilvor what ever it name was it is opposite to god as god is light if we trust god created everything then

who created this devil?what is the need of it?

If no need then why god let dark exist?

We should really think of it for every one light is light dark is dark I mean good is good bad is bad everything in this world are unique for all
